I’ve been tagged! 7 Weird or random things about me
What a fun way to start my new blog! Sally Kuhlman of Virtual Simplicity has tagged me with a meme! Thanks Sally! It’s nice to know my friends are watching me!
The rules of the meme are these:
1. Link to the person’s blog who tagged you.
2. Post these rules on your blog.
3. List seven random and/or weird facts about yourself
4. Tag seven random people at the end of your post and include links to their blogs.
5. Let each person know that they have been tagged by posting a comment on their blog
So here are seven weird and random facts about me!
- I have a pen fetish. I love pens. I collect pens. And don’t let anyone touch my pens. So help me, if one pen is missing, I will know it! The pens I obsess over are classy or cool looking. I throw the stick pens right in the garbage. I love a cool looking, smooth writing pen, preferably in fine or medium tip. I go as far as handing someone a generic pen rather than one of my cool ones just to make sure I don’t lose it!
- I must have hard copies of everything I find valuable! If I purchase an ebook or get a free report about something, I print it! My bookshelf is full of binders and folders with the same things I have on my computer! Don’t get me wrong, I don’t print everything, just what I find useful! But that’s a lot!
- When I find something I want or get an idea in my head that I want something, I want it NOW! I don’t want to wait for it.
- I’m over organized! I’m so organized that some things on my computer are in more than one location just in case I need to find it for a different reason. It makes sense to me to have it in a spot related to what I’m working on.
- I don’t have a My Space account.
- My kids last name is the same as the unabomber.
- My pet peeve of all time is when someone spells my last name, Burton! It’s Bruton. R before U!
So there you have it! A brand new blog and already my idiosyncrasies are being revealed!
So who do I tag? I don’t know how long this meme has been going around, but it seems that most everyone I know with a blog has been tagged already. So I am leaving it at four. If I think of anyone else I’ll add to the list!
